Tariff according to the Taxitarifverordnung Graz und Graz-Umgebung (official Graz taxi tariff), in force since 1 January 2025. An agreed fixed price is confirmed in writing with route and price before the ride and is never below the statutory minimum fare (for online bookings within the tariff area €4.90 plus €2.10 per km or part thereof).

Is a request already a confirmed ride?
No. Only our reply confirms the ride, with time and vehicle.
Is the price in the calculator binding?
No, it is an indicative value based on the official Graz tariff. The fare is charged by taximeter unless we have agreed a fixed price in advance.
When does a fixed price apply?
When we have confirmed it in writing or by message with route and price before the ride begins. It is never below the statutory minimum fare.
What surcharges are there?
Per tariff, €2.70 each: per person from the fifth passenger, for sports equipment on a carrier, three times for rides with snow chains, and per 2 km (or part thereof) of approach if the ride starts outside Graz and does not go to or through Graz. No approach fee in Feldkirchen bei Graz, Premstätten, Seiersberg-Pirka and Stattegg. Waiting time €34 per hour.
Does the tariff apply everywhere?
The official tariff applies in Graz and the Graz-Umgebung district. For rides beyond that we agree a fixed price in advance; for longer rides the fare is payable up front.
How can I pay?
Cash or card, in every one of our vehicles. Business customers by invoice.
Can I request a minivan ride?
Yes, with the number of passengers and bags. For more than 6 passengers we schedule two vehicles.
