How it works
- You request a business account. We agree on the billing address, authorised people and cost centres.
- Book by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail with your company name and cost centre.
- We pick up your passenger on time.
- At the end of the month you receive the invoice as a PDF.

For hotels
Your reception calls or messages us, and we pick up your guest on time. On request the ride goes on the hotel bill or on your business account. For VIP guests we send the Audi A8.

Can my company pay for taxi rides by invoice?
Yes. With a business account you receive a monthly invoice at the end of the month listing all rides.
Do I get an e-invoice?
E-invoicing for accounting software is coming soon. Until then you receive the monthly invoice as a PDF.
How do you make sure only authorised people travel at company expense?
Soon with a code sent by SMS, which the passenger gives the driver before departure. Until then, only the people you have named can book.
How much VAT is on a taxi invoice?
Passenger transport in Austria is subject to the reduced VAT rate of 10 percent. It is shown on every invoice.
